Work
The work speaks for us
Networks that cross countries, smart meters in every home, an entire nation's vaccination scheduling. A sample of what our brands build.

Case 01 — Ministerio de Salud Pública
We built the system for scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments
We created the platform that Uruguay's Ministry of Public Health integrated into its communication channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and web chat) to book vaccine appointments and get COVID-19 information to people. In the middle of the pandemic, we designed and implemented a scheduling solution that was simple and within everyone's reach, through the channels they use most.

Case 02 — ETED
Expanding ETED's fiber-optic infrastructure
We are expanding the fiber-optic infrastructure of the Dominican Electricity Transmission Company (ETED). Using Nokia DWDM technology, we will build and equip 23 new nodes across the country, creating a high-capacity transport network with 100 Gbps channels. As the first project of this scale to reach the most remote communities, it directly helps close the Dominican Republic's digital divide.

Case 03 — Check Point
We provide technical support for Check Point across Latin America
Check Point, the global leader in cybersecurity, chose Isbel to outsource its technical support services for the first time, aiming to overcome the language barrier in the region. After an eight-month pilot, we built a team that today handles tier 2 support tickets across Latin America in Spanish and Portuguese. Thanks to this partnership, end users get specialized support with Check Point quality, in their own language.

Case 04 — Nokia
We designed the architecture of a network that spans Mexico end to end
Nokia trusted us to design the architecture of a data transport network running across Mexico from north to south and east to west, for one of the country's largest telecommunications multinationals. The project keeps traffic flowing for its more than 20 million customers nationwide, nearly a sixth of the total population.
Right now
We are building the firstdata center for ahyperscaler in Uruguay
44 MW of capacity. The largest data center ever built in the country, with Isbel as the lead telecommunications provider.
