Who we are
Quantik is a technology group headquartered in Uruguay with offices in Argentina, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. We build companies that build transformative solutions: engineering and technology integration with Isbel, conversational AI with Hey Now, electric mobility with Swapy, data center infrastructure with Keblan and ecommerce with Fenicio.
Headquartered in Montevideo, Uruguay. Offices in Argentina, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. Projects completed in more than 20 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Our history
From an enterprise telephony company in 1979 to a regional technology group.
1979
Isbel is born, focused on digital enterprise telephony.
1991
Uruguay's first call center, a regional first, installed with Antel.
1999
Forward, the first in-house product: call center software.
2006
The company moves into the building that remains its headquarters today.
2010
Isbel Telco launches, along with the Dominican Republic subsidiary.
2016
Isbel Labs and Hey Now are born.
2017
Isbel becomes a Nokia Service Partner for the region.
2018
The UTE smart-metering project begins, the largest in company history.
2021
Quantik is born and every brand takes on its current identity. The group acquires a stake in Fenicio.
2022
Acquisition of Envision in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. ISO 27001 certification. Named one of Latam's 50 best places to work.
2024
Keblan is born, together with Arnaldo Castro, to deliver Uruguay's first hyperscaler data center.
Today
200+ people, 5 brands and projects completed across more than 20 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
