This Privacy Policy explains how Quantik handles the personal data collected through this website (quantikgroup.com), in line with Uruguay's Ley N° 18.331 on the Protection of Personal Data, overseen by the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP). It covers only the data we collect on this institutional site. Each of our companies (Isbel, Hey Now, Swapy, and Fenicio) operates its own sites and products, with their own policies.

This website and your data are managed by Quantik (the Quantik group), a technology group based in Montevideo, Uruguay, that brings together the companies Isbel, Hey Now, Swapy, and Fenicio.

This is the group's institutional website; for everything that happens on it, Quantik is responsible and this policy applies.
2. What we collect on this website
- Information you give us: when you complete the contact form, we collect your name, your company, your email, and the message you send us.
- Analytics data (only with your consent): if you accept analytics in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, how you arrived, your device and browser type, an approximate (city-level) location derived from your IP, and interactions with the page. This is collected under pseudonymous identifiers and analyzed in aggregate; nothing loads until you accept (see Section 4).
- Minimal technical data: our hosting infrastructure records basic technical data for each request (such as IP address and browser type) in its operational logs, needed to run and protect the site.
We do not seek to collect sensitive data through this website.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- Respond to your inquiry and contact you: on the basis of your consent and of steps taken at your request.
- Send you the information or follow-up you requested: on the basis of your consent.
- Operate, secure, and improve the site: on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- Comply with legal obligations: on the basis of a legal obligation.
We do not use your data for unrelated purposes and we do not sell it. This site does not show advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
Necessary storage is always on: the session cookies our team needs to manage the content and the record of your cookie choice. Analytics cookies and storage — Google Analytics and PostHog — load only if you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time from "Privacy preferences" in the footer. We do not use any other analytics or third-party advertising tools.

5. Who we share it with
- Infrastructure providers: the site is hosted on Vercel; contact-form submissions are stored in Vercel's storage (Vercel Blob), under data-processing agreements.
- Analytics: Google (Google Analytics 4) and PostHog process site-usage data as processors, only if you accepted analytics.
- Email: we use Resend to email ourselves a notice of each contact inquiry; it processes the name, email, and message you send, as a processor, with no tracking pixels.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Links to third-party sites
This site links to the websites of our companies (Isbel, Hey Now, Swapy, and Fenicio) and to other third-party sites. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, over which we have no control. We recommend that you review them.
7. International transfers
Some of these providers (Google, PostHog, Resend, and Vercel) may process data outside Uruguay, for example in the United States. Where that happens, we require contractual data-protection safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) consistent with Uruguayan law.
8. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and, at most, 365 days after your last interaction with us, unless a legal obligation requires a different period; then we delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained according to each tool's retention settings (Google Analytics and PostHog) and in aggregate form.
9. Your rights
Under Ley 18.331 you may access, rectify, update, include, or delete your data, and object to decisions based solely on automated processing of your data. Access is free once every six months. You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time — as easily as you gave it — from "Privacy preferences" in the footer. 10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold, and we review them periodically.
11. Children
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors here.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
