1. Purpose

At Quantik we are committed to leading a people-centered business management approach that protects and promotes the wellbeing of our staff, their physical integrity, and their health, ensuring a safe work environment.
Our commitment is to create a safe and healthy work environment that prevents work-related accidents, injuries, and illnesses and promotes general wellbeing.
To this end, we commit to providing adequate resources and leadership to implement and maintain an effective occupational health and safety system. We will also ensure that the regulations in force in each territory are met, applying occupational health and safety (SYSO) programs and training, and periodic controls to evaluate the effectiveness of the measures implemented.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all staff who work directly or indirectly for Quantik in all territories, whether they operate on our premises or anywhere they perform tasks on behalf of the company. Each territory will have its own generic program in accordance with the regulations of each country.

4. Responsibilities
Each employee is responsible for complying with occupational health and safety policies and procedures, as well as for immediately informing leaders and Human Resources of any incident with or without injuries, hazard, or safety issue they encounter during their work.
5. Deviations
Quantik will adopt measures to prevent, discourage, and sanction any conduct that departs from what is set out in this policy.
Breaching the rules contained in this policy will result, depending on the seriousness of the case, in the sanctions set out in RG020 - Internal Sanctions Regulations and, if necessary, in the measures allowed by the legal framework of each territory.
