1. Purpose
To establish the guidelines that serve as a frame of reference for creating and maintaining a workplace based on dignity, fairness, and mutual respect.
2. Scope
This document applies to all staff of Quantik and its brands.
3. Principles
Quantik recognizes the rights of its staff and commits to non-discrimination, zero tolerance for harassment, the protection of children in the work environment, the promotion of equal opportunity, the protection of personal data, the valuing of diversity, the promotion of work-life balance, respect for working hours, and appropriate pay, in accordance with the legal framework in force in each territory where it operates.
Quantik rejects any discrimination coming from clients and suppliers and values the collaborations established in an increasingly multicultural and global environment, promoting human rights within its area of influence.
All Quantik staff commit to promoting (both within the company and with clients, suppliers, partners, shareholders, and society) relationships and settings based on freedom, equality, fairness, and respect for the person and their diversity, honoring Quantik's mission, vision, and values.
Accordingly, any offensive and/or discriminatory conduct or action (single or repeated) is prohibited.
Quantik will adopt measures to prevent, discourage, and sanction any conduct that departs from what is set out in this policy.
Every employee has the obligation to report any situation of discrimination, abuse of authority, harassment, offense, or any other form of aggression, hostility, or disrespect from any coworker or superior, through the following channels:

- Anonymous report: anonymous reporting line.
The Ethics Committee will be responsible for providing support and investigating, according to the situations reported, safeguarding the rights of the persons involved.
Quantik guarantees support, privacy, and confidentiality for each case related to this matter.
4. Deviations
Breaching the rules contained in this policy will trigger the “Protocol on discrimination and sexual and workplace harassment” and will result, depending on the seriousness of the case, in the sanctions set out in the Internal Sanctions Regulations and, if necessary, in further measures that could involve the courts.

Reference concepts
Some examples of what we consider unacceptable forms of behavior (but not limited to them) are:
- Child exploitation.
- Forced labor.
- Physical contact that is uncomfortable for either party (without consent).
- Physical, verbal, or psychological aggression.
- Sexual or compromising propositions.
- Racist, sexist, or religious jokes or remarks.
- Insulting language, insults, shouting, and obscene gestures.
- Harassment or stalking.
- Criticism, gossip, or rumor about any person.
- Any action that goes against the dignity of the person.
- Any action showing a lack of integrity.
- Granting employment benefits based on preferences arising from personal ties or on grounds of gender.
- Breaches of Quantik's policies and procedures, the internal work regulations, the individual employment contract, and, in general, the verbal or written provisions applicable to the respective positions.
